R.B. "Burley" Mann, Sr., 94, died Saturday, June 1, 1996.

Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Wheeler Cemetery with the Rev. Toby Henson, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements were by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Mann was born in Wise County. He married Cuba Leachman in 1924 at Paradise and they moved to Wheeler County in the same year. He had been a painter and a farmer all of his life. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter, LaJuane Alexander, in 1996.

Survivors include his wife; a son, R.B. Mann, Jr. of Austin; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to First Baptist Church.

WHEELER - Cuba Hazel Mann, 99, died Wednesday, April 20, 2005.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Wheeler Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mann was born Nov. 3, 1905, in Gasvill, Ark. She had lived in Wheeler since 1924 and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, R.B. Mann Jr. of Austin; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Wheeler Care Center or Wheeler Cemetery Association.
