BORGER NEWS HERALD - February 19, 1979
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bible Baptist Church for Mrs. Altus Miller, 69, of 206 Veta. The Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, will officiate.
Mrs. Miller died at 10:26 Sunday in North Plains Hospital.
She was born Nov. 30, 1909 in Montague County. She had been a resident of Borger 10 years.
She was a member of Bunavista Baptist Church, a 30-year member of Rebekah Lodge, and a 25-year member of Pythian Sisters.
Survivors include her husband, O.V.; a daughter Maxine Wade of Gallup, N.M.; two sons, Billy Don Taylor of California and Bennie Taylor of Albuquerque, N.M.; a step-daughter, Beth Woods of Borger; two stepsons, Dudley Miller of Wheeler and Domer Miller of Allison; 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery, Wheeler, by Minton Mortuary.
