*Obituary Alpha C.
Mr. A.C. Newberry, 85, died Monday night, March 3 in Lubbock, Texas. The services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 1975 at First Baptist Church, Wheeler. Rev. Ronnie Green will officiate and burial will be in the Wheeler Cemetery.

He was a resident of Amarillo. A retired framer and had lived in the Wheeler area a number of years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wheeler.

Survivors include his wife Grace of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Ernestine Guetersloh, Slaton, Texas, Mrs. Faerine Mitchell of Tulia, Texas; one son, C.F. Newberry of El Paso, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Beth Brooks, Santa Cruise, Calif., 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
