Hazel Bolton Richerson, 87, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 1995.

Services were at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Delmas Jones, pastor of the Country Chapel, and the Rev. Billy Wilson, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in Wheeler Cemtery [sic] by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Richerson was born in Greenville and had lived in Wheeler most of her life. She married Cecil Richerson in 1924 at Wheeler.

She was preceded in death by a son and a daughter.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Rondel Richerson of Amarillo; three daughters, Joann McWhorter and Phyllis Helton, both of Amarillo, and Ella Mae Wood of Wheeler; a brother, Lloyd Bolton of Amarillo; 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were grandson Mike Evans, Phillip McWhorter, Jeff Helton, Kendal Richardson, Billy McWhorter, Randy Richerson, Delbert McWhorter, Steve White, and Jason Wood.

The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church.
