Clarence C. Robison, 88, died Thursday, January 21, in Soccorro, N.M.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 25 in the First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ross Dunn of Lovington, N.M., former pastor, officiate. Burial was in the Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

He was born in Texas and was a longtime resident of Wheeler. He was a carpenter and homebuilder and a Methodist. His first wife, Mary Anna Cole, died in 1971. His second wife, Thelma Groves, died in 1974. He was also preceded in death by a son, Ralph, in 1980.

Survivors include two sons, Carlisle of Soccorro and Guy of California; a brother, Wallace of Dumas; a sister, Mrs. Farrell McGee of Missouri; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
