Services for Mrs. W. A. Sims, 61 years old, were conducted here Sunday morning at 11 o'clock at the Assembly of God church, Rev. Wilson, pastor, officiated.
Mrs. Sims died at her home here Saturday, May 22. Her husband preceded her in death 38 years ago.
Pallbearers were: P.P. Corcoran, J. R. Hale, W. W. Adams, D. G. Sims, J. W. Anglin, and E. T. Cosper.
Clearey Douglas and Areena Hale acted as flower girls.
Mrs. Sims is survived by four children. Her daughters are Mrs. W. H. Williams of Wheeler and Mrs. J. C. Dial of Plainview. Her sons are T. J. Sims of Venice, Cal., and H. C. Sims, formerly of Wheeler. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Interment was made in the Wheeler Cemetery under the supervision of Hunt funeral home.
