WHEELER - Lavelle Jaco Stephens, 75, died Saturday, Dec. 2, 1995.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Country Chapel with the Rev. Delmas Jones, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home. Her body was donated to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Mrs. Stephens was born in Wheeler. She attended school in Wheeler. She lived in California for several years before moving to Oklahoma City in 1965. She moved back to Wheeler in 1975. She was a dental assistant for many years and was a member of the County Chapel.
She was preceded in death by a son, Roby Stephens, in 1992.
Survivors include a brother, Joe Jaco of Canadian; a sister, Janice Marr of Moore, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
