Lou Trimble, 41, died Thursday, June 14, 1990.

Services were held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 16, in Wheeler First Baptist Church. Rev. M.B. Smith, retired Baptist minister of Pampa and Rev. Rodney Weatherly, pastor of County Chapel Church, officiated. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Trimble was born in Wheeler and graduated from Briscoe High School at Briscoe. She married Dan Trimble in 1966 at Briscoe. She worked for the Wheeler Chamber of Commerce. She was a trustee on the Briscoe School Board. She was a member of the Xi Upsilon Eta Sorority and was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a sister, Von Nell Hughes, in 1971.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Larry Trimble of Briscoe; a daughter, Dana Lou Trimble of Briscoe; her parents, B.F. and Margie Meadows of Wheeler; and four brothers, Richard Meadows of Briscoe, John Meadows of Austin and E.J. Meadows and Brady Meadows both of Wheeler.

Pallbearers were Bud Dickinson, Danny Dorman, Gene Ferguson, Bob Martin, Grant Meek, Leonard Powledge, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers were David Hefley, Kenneth McCasland, Danny Mitchell, Dunk Porter, Toots South, and Delbert Thomas.
