*Obituary
Funeral services were to be held at The Wheeler Baptist church this (Thursday) afternoon for Frank Walker, former Wheeler county man who died Monday at his home at Port Arthur.

Walker, who was 41 years old, was the son of Mrs. F.E. Walker, who resides southeast of Wheeler. At the time of his death he was Secretary-Treasurer of the Texas Steel and Manufacturing Co. and was formerly connected with the H.R. Hudson estate of Oklahoma City and Brownsville.

Besides his mother he is survived by one sister, Miss Stacey Walker of Dallas; and four brothers, Malcom of Locust Grove, Cash of Briscoe and Huffman and Norris who are in the armed forces; his wife and one son.

The body arrived by rail in Shamrock yesterday and was brought to the family home where it will lay in state until time of the funeral.

Burial will be in the Wheeler Cemetery.
