WHEELER - Pearl Williams, 90, died Friday, June 1, 2001.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Toby Henson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Williams was born on Aug. 7, 1910, at Wheeler. She married Linzie Williams on Dec. 15, 1931, at Cheyenne, Okla. He preceded her in death on April 3, 1978.

The Williams farmed near the Briscoe community for many years. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church in Wheeler.

Survivors include nephews and nieces, Darville and Sammie Atherton, Bill and Christine Atherton and Wayne and Joyce Edwards, all of Wheeler, LaDell and Ted Atwood of Pampa and Roy Lee Edwards of Wheeler, Ore.; and a special young man, Jimmy "Pedro" Lewallen of Kingsland.
