James Edgar Wilson, 46, of Murphys died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2002, at home. He was born Dec. 11, 1955, in Shamrock, Texas, and lived in Murphys for 20 years. Wilson worked as an equipment operator for John Kautz Farms for many years.
Survivors: children, Ben Wilson and Jeanette Wilson, both of Murphys, and Priscilla Wilson Heeter of Angels Camp; siblings, John Wilson, Buford Meadows, Bobby Meadows, Ruthie Wright, Gloria Gabel, Judy Hoover, Betty Skidmoor and Shirley Scott, all of Texas; and a grandson.
Services: graveside, 11 a.m. Sunday, Buena Vista Cemetery. Visitation: none. Memorials: James Wilson Memorial Fund, in care of El Dorado Savings, P.O. Box 1739, Murphys, CA 95247.
