Frank Harley Wharton was born in Payne, Oklahoma to Frank Wharton and Cora Hicks.
He is the brother of Luther Aaron Wharton, Elva Thomas Elvie Wharton, Clyde Price Wharton, Orville Preston Wharton, Lillie Pauline Wharton, Bertha Wharton, Anna M. Wharton and Enos E. Wharton
Mr. Wharton was Killed in Action at the age of 19 in the Phillipines.
