Son of Jesse Franklin Hickman and Mary Emma Lambert. He was born in Reagan, Texas.
Husband of Julia Rodgers. They were married in 1903 in Falls County, Texas.
Mr. Hickman died in Houston, Texas at the age of 68.
He is buried with his wife and son Ottie Lee Hickman.
