Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Church of Christ, Wheeler, for Mrs. Currie Dell Bliss, 43, of Borger, who died at 4 a.m. Thursday in a Dallas Hospital after a long illness. Burial will be in Kelton Cemetery.
Born at Wellington, she had lived in Borger for 15 years. She was a member of the Johnson Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Darvin; one son, Jessie Earl Bliss, and one daughter, Tammy Darlene Bliss, both of the home; her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Louie Abernathy of Kelton; one brother, Jerry Abernathy of Wheeler; seven sisters, Mrs. Otis Calcote and Mrs. Jim McDonald, both of McLean, Mrs. Virgil Simmons of Wheeler, Mrs. E.F. Vines of Dallas, Mrs. Earl Ford of Clarendon, Mrs. Connie Palmer of Twitty and Mrs. Willis Ray of Borger.
