WHEELER - Dorothy M. Hink, 92, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2008.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Carter, pastor, and the Rev. Larry Mitchell of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Kelton Cemetery in Kelton by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dorothy M. Henderson Hink was born March 21, 1916, in Benidine to Ed and Eva Wall Henderson. Mrs. Hink graduated from Kelton ISD. She married John Irven Hink on Nov. 22, 1936, in Twitty Baptist Church. Mrs. Hink was a homemaker and lived in Wheeler County all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a daughter, Gwendolyn Hink; and a brother, Buck Henderson.
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Anderson and husband Marvin of Sayre, Okla.; a son, Bob Hink and wife Linda of Wheeler; seven grandchildren Mike, Larry, Patti, Richard, Janice, Janette and Jason; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
