Married Callie Hazel Tucker about 1935.
Brother of James Frederick Banta, Clara Banta Klaupp, Aiden Charles Banta, Belle Banta Ladner, Chester Banta, Ruby Felice Banta Hingle and Eulas Banta.
Mr. Banta died at the age of 87 in Houston, Texas.
