Funeral services for Geneva Moore, 97, of Slaton will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006 in Bible Baptist Church; burial will be in Englewood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction Englunds Funeral Service in Slaton.
Geneva died Monday, Dec. 17, 2006. She was born Dec. 4, 1909 in Red River County. She married Harvey Lester Moore on Dec. 18, 1925 in Clarksville, Texas and he preceded her in death Sept. 21, 1995.
Her survivors include daughters, Louise Becker and Maxine Cook; sons, Robert E. Gene, Leon, and Sam; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
