Daughter of Albert Hoffman and Zula Mae Jones Bownds
Services for Billye Perdue Nixon, 60, of Blackwell will be at 10 a.m. today in Englewood Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Addison, minister of Westview Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be under direction of Englunds Funeral Service.
She died Sunday, Sept. 20, 1998, at a Slaton residence.
She was born Aug. 24, 1938, in Slaton. She attended Slaton schools. She moved to Blackwell in 1984. She was a beautician in Blackwell, retiring in 1995.
Survivors include two brothers, Leo Hoffman of Blackwell and Edward Hoffman of Bronte; two stepbrothers, Arlie Bownds of Dumas and Donald Bownds of Slaton; and three stepsisters, Billie Johnson of Lubbock and Uvaughn Davis and Marcell Bradshaw, both of Slaton.
