(XIT Syndicate) deeded lots 13-24
Block 20 in Channing, Hartley County,
Texas to the city for a "Graveyard".
Original trustees were Albert G. Boyce,
Candid Oakes and William Powell.
Oldest marker burial is
Tuofilo "Murio" Bargas
10 April 1893.
