*Obituary
Lavelle Davis passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 in Lubbock. She was born January 28, 1935 to D.M. and Inez (Meeks) McAnally in Maybank. Lavelle married Bennie "Tootie" Davis in 1949 in Lamesa. He preceded her in death in 1991; they were married for 42 years. Lavelle enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo,and making crafts as she had a booth at the mini mall for many years. She adored her grandchildren and cherished the time spent with them. She is survived by 2 sons, 1 daughter; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and another on the way. Lavelle is also preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Marvin McAnally, and Kenneth McAnally.
