*Obituary
Floyd Botsford, 89, of 706 E. Third Street, died Sunday in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo after a short illness.
Services were held this morning in Rose Chapel with the Rev. C.L. White, pastor of Seventh Day Adventist, officiating. Interment was in West Park Cemetery under direction of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.
Mr. Botsford came to Deaf Smith County in 1907 from Iowa. He was born Nov. 25, 1890 in South Dakota. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church.
Mr. Botsford is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pall bearers are George Cantrell, Frank Cherry, Earl Drake, B.D. Fortner, Vernon Sherman, and Merlin Weber.
