HEREFORD - Charles Brownlow, 64, died Saturday, May 21, 2011.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hereford Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Ted Taylor, pastor, and the Rev. Jim Watson, pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home.

Mr. Brownlow was born Dec. 12, 1946, in Matador to Robert E. and Charlene Earp Brownlow. He met and fell in love with Melinda Ray, and they married on Nov. 22, 1998, in Hereford.

Survivors include his wife of Hereford; two daughters, Carrie Harroun of Reno, Nev., and Jynefer Watson of Hereford; a son, Don Brownlow of Sparks, Nev.; his parents, Gene and Charlene Brownlow of Hereford; a brother, Jimmie Dale Brownlow of Hereford; three sisters, Barbara Myers of Idaho Springs, Colo., Vicki Ault of Amarillo and Patsy Howard of Fort Morgan, Colo.; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to National Institute of Health Cancer Research, 8901 Rockville Pike No. 5101, Bethesda, MD 20892.
