HEREFORD - Frank M. Cogdell, 76, died Thursday.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in West Park Cemetery with the Rev. Bruce Kochsmeier, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Gililland-Watson Funeral Home of Hereford.

Mr. Cogdell was born in Hereford. He married Marie Seed in 1933 at Hereford. He was an accountant, a Presbyterian and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps.

Survivors include his wife, a brother-in-law, Walter Seed of Hereford; a sister-in-law, Helen Melton of San Antonio; and several nieces and nephews.
