Graveside services for Jane Orr Crissy, 98, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in West Park Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Ray Owens and the Rev. Ed Wandling, both of First Christian Church. Arrangements are with Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Crissy died today in Austin. She was born Jan. 27, 1885, in Athens, Texas, and married Walter Orr in 1901. He died in 1938. She married Alva Crissy Jan. 24, 1944, in Clovis, N.M. He died in 1975.
She came to Hereford in 1905 from Sherman. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include two daughters, Lela Jowell of Austin and Lula Criscuolo of Phoenix, Ariz.; a son, Milton Orr of Belen N.M.; a half brother, Carl Dalton of California; a half sister, Maude Oliver of California; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, a son, a half brother, a half sister, eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to First Christian Church or a favorite charity.
