HEREFORD - Lloyd D. Crume, 75, died Monday, June 30, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Cosby, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by GilillandWatson Funeral Home.

Mr. Crume was born in Portales, N.M. He moved from Portales to Deaf Smith County in 1945.

He married Frances Gollehon in 1946 at Hereford.

Mr. Crume worked in the dry cleaning business. He was a Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday school and operated the elevator.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Crume, in 1975.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David Crume of Lubbock; a brother, Charles Crume of Carson City, Nev.; three sisters, Laverne Green of Monmouth, Ore., Cornelia King of Amarillo and Claudine Neece of Logan, N.M.; and a grandson.

The family will be at 115 Northwest Drive. They request memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice and Life Enrichment Center or First Baptist Church of Hereford.
