HEREFORD - Willis Roy Duggan, 78, of Hereford died Sunday, March 30, 2014.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Hereford Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Bob Huffaker officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford.

Mr. Duggan was born Aug. 27, 1935, in Lubbock to Willis Quayle and Lois White Duggan. He married Mary Lou Blevins on Feb. 5, 1954, in Portales, N.M.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Willis Dean Duggan of Vega; five daughters, Yvonne Lorah of Amarillo, Beth Allen of Henrietta, Brenda Koenig and Donna Meiwes, both of Hereford, and Lisa Huffaker of Purcell, Okla.; two sisters, Orene Smith of Arlington and Frances Suttle of Hereford; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Cross Roads Hospice, 10810 E. 45th St., Suite 300, Tulsa, OK 74146.

Funeral Services for Mary Duggan 78, a former Hereford resident will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday March 10, 2018 at Hereford Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Ted Taylor, pastor, and Pastor Bill Huffaker, former pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at West Park Cemetery. Mrs. Duggan walked through Heaven's Gate, and into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, February, 28, 2018 in in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Mary Lou Blevins was born July 27, 1939, in Vernon, Texas to James Alfred and Willie Frances Abston Blevins. She met and fell in love with Willis Roy Duggan, they later married February 5, 1954 in Portales, New Mexico. She was a member to the Cowbells, the women's division of the American Cattle Association, the Walcott PTO, having served as secretary, the Bridge Club, and Square Dance Club.

Those left to cherish her passing are one son, Willis Dean Duggan and wife Glenda, of Vega, five daughters, Yvonne Lorah of Amarillo, Beth Allen and husband Danny of Henrietta, Texas, Brenda Koenig and husband Jerry of Hereford, Lisa Huffaker and husband Terry of Purcell, Oklahoma, and Donna Meiwes and husband Mike of Hereford, one brother, Roy Blevins of Hereford. 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials in Mrs. Duggan's name be made to Sunset Estates Nursing Home, 915 North 7th Ave., Purcell, Oklahoma 73080 or The Alzheimer's Association 5410 S Bell St. Ste. 411, Amarillo, Texas 79109.
