HEREFORD - Ofelia Estrada, 78, died Saturday, March 17, 2001, in Amarillo.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday in San Jose Catholic Church with the Rev. Adalberto Rameriz, O.F.M., officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery.
Miss Estrada was born May 23, 1923, in Yorktown to Antonio and Herlinda DeLeon. She married Manuel Estrada.
Survivors include five sons, Robert Estrada and Manuel Estrada, both of Austin, Leon Estrada of Corpus Christi and Noe Estrada and Tito Estrada, both of Hereford; four daughters, Hilda Armenderes and Janie Estrada, both of Austin, Mary Villoles of Hereford and Ofelia Devany of Amarillo; five brothers, Raul DeLeon of California, Frank DeLeon of Louisiana, Antonio DeLeon of Houston, Freddie DeLeon of Corpus Christi and Eugene DeLeon of Hereford; two sisters, Mary Montavel of Corpus Christi and Herlinda Salines of Raymondville; 28 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
