HEREFORD — Johnny Gallagher, 75, longtime Hereford resident and businessman died Monday, October 31, 2011 at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at West Park Cemetery. Rev. John Valdez, priest of St. Anthony's Catholic Church will officiate. Services are under the direction of Hereford Heritage Funeral Home, 411 E 6th Street.

Johnny was born May 11, 1936 in Gainsville, Texas, to parents, James and Anna Gallagher. He married Yvonne Marchman on November 19, 1966, in Amarillo.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne of the home, one daughter, Debbie Gabel and husband Chris of Hereford, 2 brothers, Fred Gallagher of Wheeler and Mike Gallagher of Hereford, 2 sisters, Norma Huckert of Amarillo, Pat Gaume of Grandview, MO, 2 sister-in-laws, Gwen Whittaker of Hereford, Gloria Hudson of Idabell, OK, 2 grandchildren, Dalton and Samantha Gabel of Hereford and numerous nieces and nephews.
