Funeral services for Mary Loewen, 36, of Seminole will be held, Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with Pastor John Fehr officiating, under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home. Interment following in the Gaines County Memorial Cemetery.

Mary passed away March 24, 2022 in Denver City. She was born February 18, 1986 to Enrique and Alicia Wall Neufeld in Iran. She moved to Seminole in 1988. Mary married Pete Loewen July 5, 2013 in Seminole. Mary spent most of her time working on the farm. She fought hard for a year with cancer. Mary loved spending time with her husband, family and friends. Her smile brightened up every room she walked in to. Mary was a free spirited person, very hard working, strong-minded person that loved all. She touched the lives of many. Mary will be missed dearly but will remain in our hearts forever.

Mary is preceded in death by her father Enrique (Henry) Neufeld.

She is survived by her husband Pete Loewen of Denver City; her mother Alicia Neufeld of Seminole; three brothers John Neufeld and wife Judy of Seagraves, Henry Neufeld and wife Margaret of Plains, Jake Neufeld and wife Brittany of Plains; six sisters Annie Rempel and husband Pete of Seminole, Susie Banman and husband Joram of Morton, Lisa Neufeld, Aggie Neufeld, Helen Martens and husband Henry all of Seminole, Eva Peters and husband Corny of Winkler along with five nephews and nine nieces.
