J J Faulk’s History of Henderson County book refers to ‘Steve Willis’ as an “Old Pioneer”. His marker reads ‘William S Willis’.
“William Stephen Willis and Margaret A Willis Family” on Rootsweb will provide more information about my gr gr grandfather.
