The family of Donnie Gooch will celebrate her life of 89 years at 11 a.m. on December, 18 at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial, followed by a 3 p.m. graveside at West Park Cemetery in Hereford, Texas. She passed on December, 13, 2020 at her home in Richland, WA. In support of the health of her family, face coverings are mandatory while attending the service. The service will be live-streamed on this page, where you are encouraged to sign the virtual guestbook and share memories and expressions of sympathy.
On February 24, 1931, Donnie was born to Edgar Walker and Grace Hood in Plainview,TX. She married Kenneth Gooch on June 1, 1947 in Plainview, TX. She was a dedicated Sunday school teacher, book keeper, and finally CEO to her daughter Annette Scarborough with Phoenix Home Care Service. Her passions included reading, cooking, gardening, playing and hosting bridge, and most of all, enjoying family time.
Survivors include her son, Keith Gooch and wife, Teresa; sister Louise Pollock; grand-children Tara Scarborough, Zoie Gooch, Aimee Russ and husband Travis, Aron Gooch and wife Felisha, Jacob Rodriquez.
