HEREFORD, Jan. 10 - Final rites for Homer R. Gore, 55, will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday at Rose Chapel in Hereford. The Rev. B.L. Davis pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in West Park Cemetery here with Gilliland Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gore, a Hereford resident since 1919, died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday in Deaf Smith County Hospital. He was born May 25, 1908, in Tucumcari, N.M.
He was a farmer and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Fern Berry of Skellytown; a brother, Howard Gore of Hereford; two sisters, Mrs. Clay Angelo and Mrs. Jack Flower, both of Hereford, and two grandchildren.
