Wellington Leader August 7, 1969

A former Wellington man, Clifton Leo Hall, 54, died of a heart attack Monday, July 28 at his home in Willcox, AZ. He was manager of a fertilizer company.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Hall, and a brother of Mrs. Leonard Karnes and Mrs. Otis Roberson of Wellington.

Mr. Hall suffered a heart attack in November, but was thought his condition was improving.

Born at Santa Rosa, NM, February 25, 1915, he came here with his family as a small boy. He graduated from Wellington High School.

Mr. Hall was a veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church at Willcox. He lived at Hereford 21 years before going to Arizona four years ago.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Nadine Hall of Willcox; two sons and two daughters, Bill Hall of Lubbock, Mrs. Carrel Culp, Miss Reba Hall and Ronnie Hall of Willcox; a grandson, Keith Culp and three sisters: Mrs. Roberson, Mrs. Karnes and Mrs. Clifton Stafford of London, England.

Nadine Tipton Hall Warrick, 85, formerly of Hereford, died Sunday, May 30, 2010, in Wheatland, Mo.

Mrs. Warrick was born Aug. 13, 1924, in Stuart, Okla., to Samuel Jackson Tipton and Arkie Pearl Tipton. She was the sixth of 10 children.

Nadine Tipton Warrick, 85, Wheatland, Mo., died May 30, 2010, in her home.

She was born August 13, 1924, at Stuart, Oklahoma, to Samuel Jackson and Arkie Pearl (Hutchison) Tipton. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifton Leon Hall, in 1969 and her second husband, J.E. Warrick, in 2005.

Survivors include a son, Ronald Hall, Amarillo, Texas; two daughters, Ramona Culbertson and Reba Lay, bot of Wheatland; a brother, Charles Tipton, Euless, Texas; a sister, Imogene Foster, Marina, Texas; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were June 1 at Hathaway Peterman Funeral Home in Wheatland with Pastor Rick Walters officiating. Burial will be Thursday, June 3, in Hereford Cemetery, Hereford, Texas.

J.E. Warrick, 84, of Hereford died Monday, August 15, 2005.

J.E. was born September 16, 1920 in Wellington to Jesse Eugene and Fannie Ellen Warrick.

He married Nadine Hall August 17, 1971 at Willcox, AZ.

He was a farmer in the Hereford area for many years. J.E. attended Frio Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Nadine of the home; one son, Ronnie Hall of Canyon; two daughters, Ramona J. Culbertson of Wheatland, MO and Reba J. Lay of Port St. Lucie, FL; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
