Mr. Jimerson died Monday at the Hereford Regional Medical Center.

Services for Bobby Jimerson, 51, of Hereford will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Hereford Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Ted Taylor officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery, under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Home.
Mr. Jimerson died Monday at the Hereford Regional Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 10, 1948, in Ridgely, Tenn., to James and Sybil Jimerson. He married Edna Harris in Panama City, Fla., on Feb. 7, 1981. He was a homicide investigator for the Panama City Police for more than 19 years. He moved to Hereford in 1995 and worked for the Deaf Smith County District Attorney's office.
He belonged to the Fraternal Order of Police in Panama City and was a member of the Hereford Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; six sons; three daughters; one brother; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Parkside Chapel.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one daughter.

Graveside Services for Edna Marie Jimerson, 84, a Hereford resident will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at West Park Cemetery with Pastor Ted Taylor, pastor The Hereford Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Services are under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Jimerson passed away Friday, March 10, 2017, in Hereford.
Edna Marie Harris was born July 20, 1932 to Garland and Flossie Izora Harris in Silverton, Texas. Her family later moved to Hereford, Texas, where she graduated. Edna later moved to Panama City, Florida, where she worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for more than 20 years. She than met and married Bobby Jimerson and moved back to Hereford. She loved animals especially cats and dogs, and had a not so common collection of feathers. She will be remembered by her family as being private and an easy going person.
She is survived by her three sons, Kevin Foster, Paul Devin, and Jason Jimerson all of Hereford; three daughters, Karen Boren and husband Wayde, Kay Paetzold and husband Chris, both of Hereford, and Kim Hunter and husband Colton of Mansfield, Texas; twelve grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby Jimerson; a son, Jimmy Foster; and a daughter Janet Foster.
The family suggests Memorials in Mrs. Jimerson’s name be made to Kings Manor Samaritan Hospice, 426 Main St. E., Hereford, TX 79045, BSA Hospice of the Southwest, 5211 SW 9th Ave Ste. 100, Amarillo, TX 79106, or Kings Manor Nursing Home, 400 Ranger St., Hereford, TX 79045.
