HEREFORD - Jessie Mason Sumner, 88, died Monday, June 22, 2009, in Friona.
Celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Hereford Heritage Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Drew Darling, pastor of Avenue Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Jessie was born Sept. 23, 1920, in Clarendon to Dick and Anna Cook Thomlinson. She was a member of Avenue Baptist Church for many years.
Survivors include a son, Dickey Mason of Hereford; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Avenue Baptist Church, 130 N. 25 Mile Ave., Hereford, TX 79045.
