Edna Annabelle Mathes, 80, of Hereford died Saturday, Sept. 9, 1989.
Services were held Monday afternoon in Rose Chapel of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Cherry, pastor of the Christian Assembly Church, and Nathan Hopson of Pampa, officiating. Burial was in West Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Mathes was born in Oklahoma. She married Val Mathes in 1936. He died in 1964. She was a homemaker and a member of the Christian Assembly Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Rose Brownlow of Hereford; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
