Services for a former resident, Joe H. Morgan, 51, of Wink will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rose Chapel of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home with Roy Lofton of Wink officiating.
The site of burial was undetermined at presstime.
Mr. Morgan died Thursday morning in the Veterans' Hospital in Amarillo following a lengthy illness.
Born Oct. 25, 1926 at Pine Ridge, Ark., he married Evelyn Tucker Oct. 11, 1947 at Mena, Ark. They came to Hereford in 1963 from Arkansas and lived here for the ensuing 11 years.
He was an auto mechanic and was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include the widow; five daughters, Mrs. Christine Woody of Midland and Earlene Morgan, Becky Morgan, Geraldine Morgan and Donna Morgan, all of Wink; two sons, Jimmy H. of 406 Ave. C and John of Wink; his mother, Lillie Morgan of Mena; four sisters, Mrs. Ethel Pierce of Sudan, Mrs. Jean Robinson and Mrs. Rachel Mott, both of Mena, and Mrs. Louise Bairrington of O'Donnell; and three grandchildren.
