Howard Dinnison [sic] Norton
Graveside services for Howard Dennison [sic] Norton, 82, of Monette [sic], Mo. are set for Monday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. in West Park Cemetery, under the direction of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home. Rev. Doug Manning, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate.
Mr. Norton died Sept. 21 in Aurora Community Hospital, Aurora, Mo. he was born June 13, 1899, in Deaf Smith County. He was a life time resident of Hereford. He married Inez Hodges on Feb. 9, 1923, in Hereford. She preceded him in death in 1963. He was a lifetime resident of Hereford before moving to Monett, Mo., in 1968.
Mr. Norton was a retired butcher, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Monett, Mo.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John Demaray, of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Una Hutchenson, of Amarillo and one grandson.
