Graveside services for Urlin Rex Shotwell, 57, of Mart, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lone Oak Cemetery, the Rev. Bill Smith officiating.
Mr. Shotwell died Wednesday at a Temple hospital. He was born Aug. 6, 1931 in Grand Rapids, Mich. He was a longtime Waco resident. He worked as a truck driver for Halo Distributing Co.
Survivors include his wife, Nicci Shotwell; a daughter, Kathy Beiver of Grand Rapids, Mich.; three sons, Joe Shotwell of Axtell, Neal Shotwell of Sand Lake, Mich., and Richard Shotwell of Mart; two stepdaughters, Lorie Peoples of Colorado and Linda Bergenstock of Bryan; two brothers, Bud Shotwell and Max Shotwell, both of Grand Rapids, Mich.; and eight grandchildren.
