Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Witherspoon, 50, were held Friday afternoon in the First Bapitst Church with the Rev. Howard Scott, pastor, and the Rev. Russell Wingert, First Presbyterian Church pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Witherspoon, wife of attorney James W. Witherspoon, died Wednesday afternoon in Deaf Smith County Hospital after a long illness.
Burial was in West Park Cemeber. Gililland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangemtnst.
Mrs. Witherspoon was born in Hereford on Aug. 3, 1907. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors, other than her husband, are a daughter, Miss Irene Witherspoon of Hereford, and her mother Mrs. Irene Gilliland of Hereford.
