Funeral services for Jimmie Robison, 66, of Hereford were Monday at the Westway Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Lee, of Shamrock officiating and Ray Sanders assisting. Burial was in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Home.

Mr. Robison died Saturday at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Mr. Robison was born June 12, 1932, in Littlefield to W.H. and Grace Robison. He had lived and farmed in Deaf Smith County for 37 years. He married Wanda Leonard on Nov. 23, 1954, in Ft. Smith, Ark. He was a member of the Westway Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda; two sons, Steve Robison and Bruce Robison, both of Hereford; one daughter, Brenda Patterson of Friona; two sisters, Billie Jones of Hereford, and Laverne Charbonneau of Portland, Ore.; and five grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to Westway Baptist Church or a charity of choice.

HEREFORD - Wanda Robison, 79, of Hereford died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015 in Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Westway Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken R. Varner, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford.

Mrs. Robison was born July 14, 1936, in Greenwood, Ark., to Hoyt and Ella Moore Leonard. Wanda met Jimmie Robison while working part time at a drug store in Fort Smith, Ark.

Survivors include a son, Steve Robison of Hereford; a daughter, Brenda Patterson of Canyon; three brothers, June Leonard, Jim Leonard and Donnie Leonard, all of Fort Smith, Ark.; three sisters, JoAnn Hartsell of Haywood, Calif., and Peggy Sue Booth and Linda Dunn, both of Fort Smith, Ark.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to a charity of choice in Mrs. Robison's honor.
