Funeral services for Mrs. George Warner, 805 N. Main, will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. in First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. George Belford, pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Warner died Friday morning in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery under the direction of Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.

The former Ruth McAlister was born in Eastland County. She married George Warner June 5, 1939 at Abilene.

Mrs. Warner came to Deaf Smith County in 1952 from Waco. She was a former schoolteacher and a member of First Presbyterian Church.

She had served as president of the Community Concert Association and was also past president of Calliopian Study Club.

Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Albert and A.C. McAlister of Abilene and Jack McAlister of Palm Desert, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Tom Sneary of Dallas.
