HEREFORD - Helen Stocks, 81, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Rose Chapel at Gililland-Watson Funeral Home with family members officiating. Private burial will be in West Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Stocks was born in Texas. She worked as a bookkeeper for Doug's Appliance, Pitman Elevator of Sims and First National Bank of Hereford. She also drove a bus for Walcot School.
A Baptist, she taught Sunday school at the church in Bippus Community.
Survivors include a sister, Evelyn LeFever of Las Vegas; three nieces, Janell Debri of Amarillo, and Charlene Pietsek and Mary Ruth Baird, both of Hereford; and a nephew, Joe Weaver of Dumas.
The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice; or Cal Farley's Boys Ranch.
