Funeral Mass for Roy R. Rangel, Sr., 50, of Seagraves will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Seagraves High School Auditorium. Interment will follow in the Gaines County Cemetery in Seagraves with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seagraves. He passed away November 17th in Andrews County.

Roy was born February 3, 1967 in Denver City to Lorenzo and Luisa Rocha Rangel. Roy and Elizabeth Rios were married May 7, 1999 in Roswell, New Mexico. He graduated from Seagraves High School, he was Catholic, was employed by GE Oil and Gas for over 20 years, and recently employed by Dover Artificial Lift as a service technician. Roy was preceded in death by a son Chris Rangel in 2009 and a brother Joe Rangel in 1995.

Roy is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Rangel of Seagraves; a son, Roy Range, Jr. and his wife, Myra of Seminole; guardian of Joseph A. Guerrero and Mia Rios; his parents, Lorenzo and Luisa Rangel of Roscoe; three grandchildren, Adriana, Christianna, and Cayson Roy, and step grandson, Michael Cavazos; three brothers, Johnny Rangel of Snyder, Lorenzo Rangel, Jr, of Midland and Gilbert Rangel of Monohans; three sisters, Mary Ayres of Abilene, Yolanda Davila of Seagraves, and Linda Rangel of Roscoe; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be held Tuesday, November 21st at 7:00 P.M. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Seagraves.
