*Obituary Mabel Davison Brown

Mabel Davison Brown 90, passed away in Dallas Wednesday, October 20, 2010. She lived in Andrews for many years before moving to the Dallas area.

Mabel was born on January 9, 1920 in Panama, Oklahoma. Mabel married L.Z. "Brownie" Brown on March 14, 1942 in Carlsbad, NM. Brownie and Mabel were instrimental in founding the L.Z. Brown Oil Museum in Andrews. They operated Brownies Oil Well Servicing Co. in Andrews untill 1970. Mabel was was a member of First Baptist Church when she lived in Andrews.

Survivors include, daughter: Sherry Landry, Dallas, Texas, son; David Eugene and wife Meg Brown, Austin, Texas, brother; Kenneth Davison, Hobbs, New Mexico, sisters; Imogene Lange, San Fernando Valley, California, Joan Robbins, Hobbs, New Mexico
six grandchildren; Jacob and wife Deborah Landry, Lauren and husband David Cheetham, Lowell and wife Stephanie Landry, Sherry and husband Rick Deitrick, Christienne and husband Jim Parten, Courtney and husband Burk Meinen, ten great grandchildren; Grace Landry, Mary Landry, Connor Cheetham, Caroline Cheetham, Avery Landry, MacKenna Landry, AnnaMaria Parten, Elias Parten, Reece Deitrick and Julia Deitrick.
