Margaret Juanita Jones Cleary went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 15, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodie S. Cleary. Survivors of her cherished memories include 5 children: Carolyn Porter of Eldorado, TX; Sandra Tipton of Brownwood, TX; Brenda Vincent of Spring, TX; Woodie Cleary, Jr. of Cary, NC; and James Cleary of Prince Frederick, MD; sisters Johnnnie Scott and Betty Hanks of Jennings, OK. She has 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was born in Maud, OK on August 22, 1929, where she grew up and eventually met and married Woodie S. Cleary. After his Army discharge they moved to Texas and finally settled at Andrews, TX in 1960. Margaret worked for AISD for 31 years and was an active member of Andrews First Baptist Church and the community.
Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing and visitation service on Friday, August 19, 2011, 6-8 pm at the McNett Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011, 10 am at McNett Funeral Home Chapel.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Angels Home Health and the Vista Care Hospice of San Angelo, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
