Obituary:
BOOKER - Nancy Cloe Peil, 51, died Thursday, July 3, 2008.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in First Baptist Church in Follett with the Rev. Clay Wells officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery by Scotty Schilling Funeral Home of Follett.
Miss Peil was born May 27, 1957, in Perryton, to Edward and Josephine Peil. She worked for the Lipscomb County Limelight newspaper until 1984 and was an artist and a journalist.
Survivors include her parents of Follett; two brothers, Mark Peil of Darrouzett and Mitchell Peil of Follett; and a very special friend, C.J. Applegate of Twin Oaks Manor Nursing Home in Booker.
The family suggests memorials be to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
