Andrews - John W. Ertel, 84, of Andrews, died Sunday, July 23, 2006, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with John Oliver officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old Cemetery.
He was born in Mancos, Colo. He was Army veteran and was a member of the Andrews Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors Sons, Vaughn Ertel of Andrews and Lynn W. Ertel of Nucla, Colo.; daughters, Lana Z. Moore of McKinney, Carol B. Dickson of Newton, Mass., and Joudia A. Olson of Prescott, Ariz.; brothers, Walter Ertel, Richard Ertel and Donnie Ertel; sisters, Virginia Mosher, Betty Dillon, Jane Field and Helen Ray; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
