Obituary:
Kenneth Sam PIERSALL, aged 59, longtime Perryton resident, passed away suddenly Saturday at Ochiltree General Hospital.
He was born in Lipscomb county, Texas on March 27, 1923 to Garrett and Gola PIERSALL. PIERSALL married the former Ruby TROUTT, and the two have resided in Perryton for the past 24 years.
PIERSALL was division meter man for Texas-New Mexico Power Co. for 26 years, and was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Perryton. He held membership in the Kiwanis club and was a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby, of 1105 S. Indiana; two sons, Mickey of Pampa an Rick of Fort Worth, Tex.; a daughter, Jane LAW of Amarillo; a brother, G. D. PIERSALL of Follett; two sisters, Coeta SYKES of Dallas, Tex., and Maudene MOORE of Johnson City, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Full Gospel Church of Perryton, with the Rev. Harrol Waterbury presiding. Burial was in the Fairmont cemetery near Follett.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made tot he American Heart Association.
