Obituary:
Floyd Milford Schultz of Follett, Texas passed away on February 9, 2014. He was born on September 4, 1938 in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Harvey Ray and Helen (Graves) Schultz. He was raised in Shattuck and Evanston, Wyoming.

On September 7, 1955, Floyd joined the US Navy to serve his country.

On February 7, 1959, Floyd married Colleen Ball. To this union four children were born; Coralee, Donald, Sheri and Kathy. The family moved to Shattuck in 1966 and shortly thereafter made their home in Follett. Floyd worked for the Lazy S Ranch from 1966-1980. He worked for the Schultz C Ranch from 1980-1988. Floyd and Colleen then moved to St. Francis, Kansas where he worked for Eddie Schultz and Rick Rogers. Just short of being in Kansas for ten years the couple returned to Follett.

Floyd enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, running irrigation systems and especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed tootling around town in his pickup and giving Ike rides.

Floyd was preceded in death by his father, Harvey; mother, Helen; step-mother, Jo Ann Schultz; step-father, Gilbert Geiger; and a brother Donald Ray. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Colleen; his children, Coralee Schultz of Booker, TX, Donald Schultz of Follett, Sheri Gillespie of Booker and Kathy (Rodney) Jones of Lakin, KS; his grandchildren, Shane (Christine) Schultz, Nathan (Amanda) Schultz, Danielle Schultz, Jennifer Davis, Melissa Davis and Carlos Soto, Shawn Jones and Shanda Jones; great grandchildren, Carter, Aubree, Charlie, Shy Ann, Ceirra, Autumn, Isaiah, J.J., Carley, Fabian and Xavier; sisters, Freda (Dan) Wall of Robertson, WY and Wanda Roth of Shattuck; and extended family.

The family requests that memorials given in Floyd's name be given to a charity of your choice.
